These tools should be used in pairs to lift the sleeper to locate both rails simultaneously with the rail seats of the sleeper. The sleeper lifter can used on the same rail seat as the FASTCLIP installer, by locating between the hooks of the installation tool.

This obstructionless jack is fitted with an overload safety valve and tested to 25% over the rated capacity. The jack is placed under the rail without removal of ballast.
