PANDROL TYPE EXTRACTOR FASTCLIP FE / FC & VIPA-SP, SFC ALL CREAM COLOUR 0039/047851
£187.50Product Code: 0039/047851 Previously LP18679 Suitable for extracting FASTCLIP FC, FASTCLIP FE, VIPA-SP and SFC fastenings. The new tools, which react from the rail, are more efficient, faster and safer because they are not prone to slipping from the shoulder reaction points. Additionally, the tools offer compatibility with a wide range of Pandrol systems, including FASTCLIP ‘FC’ & FASTCLIP ‘FE’ and the Pandrol baseplate types VIPA-SP & SFC baseplate. Instructions for Extractor AE17385 The Extractor tool acts as a lever against the web of the rail and the toe of the clip. To locate the tool hold at angle away from the rail and move forwards to position the tool between the rail and the shoulder, with the rear clip catching frame towards the operators foot. Once located grasp both handles of the ‘Tee’ bar, and stand ‘naturally’ with feet apart then move one leg half a pace back, to prevent loss of balance during clip extraction. Push the handles away until the rear of the clip touches the catching frame, to ensure the clip remains in the shoulder, to locate in the ‘Parked’ position. Care should be taken to maintain the operator’s balance during clip extraction as the handle is pushed away. To remove the clip completely from the shoulder, keep pushing the handle so the frame hinges upwards and the clip is removed from the shoulder.
