E Clip Replacement Hook 0039/42743
-
£18.95
It is recommended for safety reasons that contractors should formally check and record the wear of the hooks at intervals of 6 months using the wear gauge.
The gauge is suitable for all types of Panpuller or e-Plus Panpuller.
The wear gauge provides easy Go/No-Go assessment of when to replace the hook.
Work hooks have a tendency to slip off the clips, which can present a significant risk to operators.

Fastclip Installation Tool F41/G44/EG47
Cat No. 0039/047850
RB/BR/123
Suitable for all steel and concrete sleeper types.
The installation tool has two functions, each achieved by simply re-positioning a moveable pin. With the pin passing through the rear hole of the claw, installation of a Pandrol Fastclip assembly in the ‘switched off’ position is carried out.
When the pin is re-positioned to the front hole of the claw and the installation operation repeated, the assembly will be in the ‘switched on’ position.

Rear arch extractor for FASTCLIP ‘FC PANDROL No. LP15177
The rear arch extractor remains available to extract clips around IBJ’s.
This tool is ONLY needed at IBJ’s in order to extract clips which are shielded by the scalloped section of the joint. It is also unique to FASTCLIP ‘FC’ and does NOT work with ‘FE’ clips.
Instructions for Rear Arch Extractor
The hooks in the frame of the tool locate into the reaction points on the shoulder, as shown in the photograph. The clip is extracted using the tines inserted in the rear arches of the clip.
Once located grasp both handles of the ‘Tee’ bar, and stand ‘naturally’ with feet apart then move one leg half a pace back, to prevent loss of balance during clip extraction. Push the handle away to extract the clip, stopping at the ‘Parked’ position, or continuing to push away to fully extract the clip from the shoulder.
