The Link Trolley supplied by STEL is used on the Network Rail (NWR) and London Underground (LUL) infrastructure. The Link Trolley is used for carrying heavy loads of tools and equipment accross the rail tracks to accomodate track maintenance operations.

It is recommended for safety reasons that contractors should formally check and record the wear of the hooks at intervals of 6 months using the wear gauge.
The gauge is suitable for all types of Panpuller or e-Plus Panpuller.
The wear gauge provides easy Go/No-Go assessment of when to replace the hook.
Work hooks have a tendency to slip off the clips, which can present a significant risk to operators.

Fastclip Installation Tool F41/G44/EG47 Cat No. 0039/047850 RB/BR/123 Suitable for all steel and concrete sleeper types. The installation tool has two functions, each achieved by simply re-positioning a moveable pin. With the pin passing through the rear hole of the claw, installation of a Pandrol Fastclip assembly in the ‘switched off’ position is carried out. When the pin is re-positioned to the front hole of the claw and the installation operation repeated, the assembly will be in the ‘switched on’ position.
